Orders, Returns & Shipping
Orders
All orders are made-to-order and typically take two weeks for production plus shipping time. This excludes our Ready-to-Wear category that can be shipped out in 3 days or less. If you would like your order(s) rushed, please contact connect@everfinejewelry.com and we will do our best to get them to you within your time frame. Expedited shipping rates may apply.
Editing Orders
If you need to edit your order, (e.g., update shipping address, item quantity, or billing information) please contact connect@everfinejewelry.com as soon as possible. We can make edits to your order as long as it has not yet been packaged. Additional charges may apply.
Canceling Orders
If you need to cancel your order, you may do so within 24 hours of the time your order was placed. All other requests to cancel an order will not be accepted.
Returns & Exchanges
We are currently not accepting any returns or exchanges at this time. Since each piece is made to order, specifically for you, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Please take the time to accurately size your fingers and chain lengths. Email us at connect@everfinejewelry.com for a free ring sizer!
Defective Items
Reliability is one of our core values, but we know sometimes things just break. If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please email us at connect@everfinejewelry.com within three days of receipt. Ship it back to us and we’ll ship it back fixed or new.
Repairs
If you would like to have your items repaired due to normal wear and tear, or even an accident, please contact connect@everfinejewelry.com and we will have you ship the item to us so we can inspect it. Repairs are charged on a case-by-case basis. Shipping costs may apply.
Shipping
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO or FPO addresses. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, but please contact us if your package did not arrive safely. We will do our best to resolve the issue.
Domestic Shipping
We currently offer UPS and USPS shipping methods for all orders within the United States. If you have specific shipping requirements, please email us at sales@everfinejewelry.com so we can best accommodate you.
International Shipping
We currently ship to the following countries: Australia, Canada, Denmark, Germany, Hong Kong, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Netherlands, Norway, Singapore, South Korea, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, and the United Kingdom. If you would like us to ship to a country not listed above, please contact sales@everfinejewelry.com. We will see what we can do for you.
We currently offer only UPS shipping methods to our international customers. Please be advised that you, as the recipient, are responsible for all duty/custom fees associated with the purchase. All international purchases will require a signature upon delivery. If you choose to waive this requirement, you are responsible for any lost or stolen packages.
Signature Upon Delivery
Orders of $1,000 or more will require a signature upon delivery unless specified otherwise. You can state this in the "Order Notes" section at checkout, or email us at connect@everfinejewelry.com. If you choose to waive the requirement for a signature upon delivery, you are responsible for any lost or stolen packages.
Tracking Your Package
You will receive an email once your label has been created and is ready to ship. Tracking information will be available within 24 hours.
